This weeks food & exercise is next weeks body! The main questions you guys have been asking me about is fat loss, refeeds & fasting. This is a post explaining how I calculate my calories for fat loss. My measurements Height - 5ft 4 Weight - 52.7kg Dress - Size 8 Fat loss is all about numbers .. calories in V calories out .. and most importantly being in a calorie deficit. (calorie deficit is a state in which you burn more calories than you consume).You need to burn 3,500 calories to lose 1 pound of fat. Which means if you create a deficit of 500 a day you can loose 1 pound a week. These are MY**calories I need daily if I want to : β€’Maintain weight - 1990cal β€’Gain weight - 2490cal β€’Lose weight - 1490cal My BMR (what I need to keep alive..breathing & digestion etc) is 1350cal so I NEVER go below this and I would never recommend going below your own personal BMR! This is what my calories are daily : β€’Training days -2000cal β€’Rest days - 1500cal Because on training days I burn on average 500cal ( I use a heart rate monitor around my chest) β€’2000cal daily food intake - 500cal burned = 1500cal total β€’Leaving me with a deficit of 500⭐️ β€’500cal deficit X 7 days = 1 pound body fat. Then on rest days I will eat slightly less as I don’t need the extra food for training. I hope this is clear for you all & remember these are my own personal body measurements. Great things take time and the quicker you lose weight the quicker it comes back on. Slow and steady wins the race & your health 🌟🍏
