LEG WORKOUT: 4 x 15 of each . 1. Squat jump w low 3”s pause 2. Pop squat 3. Wide squat pump jumps 4. Plyo lunges 5. Single leg lunge jumps. . . - • NOTE: not recomended if you have knee problems. Listen to your body and adjust to your fitness level. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE LIKE? Honestly mine has been a mess for years and still is, on a lot of days. Sometimes pain is so bad it keeps me from moving anywhere for hours in the morning but I’ve been trying every day to find ways to make it better and make my days more productive. You see sometimes when I have the pains it’s just kills my motivation, makes me feel like I’m damaged, other times I’m exausted from being in pain and just have to go back to sleep. Seeing all the stuff out of my control obviously frustrates me, that’s why I’ve been trying to take charge of the part I can control in the mornings, like: waking up at a certain time, be grateful, taking time to clear my mind in silence, work on my mobility or exercise when I can. There is still a lot of stuff out of my control but focusing on the ones I can control has helped me with my frustration and anxiety therefore giving me more clarity as to what other things I can improve on. We all have our hurdles in life but we can always find a way to get thru them. Hopefully this journey will help me keep growing and getting stronger in every part of my life and I can keep inspiring you all along with me to do the same. Thank’s to all of you for following and motivating me daily to keep on giving life my all. Blessings for you all! 😅As promised here’s my AM workout from yesterday. Boy Oh Boy... even Mr Tim was tired from watching 😂 I sweated a river in no time was slipping a bit so don’t be me and always keep a towel on hand. - I set the timer for ⏱ 2️⃣5️⃣ mins and did as many rounds🔄 as I could of the exercises shown with very minimal rest in between . I aimed for quality reps using a challenging weight that aloud me to preserve good form for the set amount of workout time. All the things happening lately in my hometown have brought up so many memories. Some of the fondest childhood memories I cherish close to my heart are growing up to both my father and gramps singing classic old songs from my hometown #PuertoRico. I still remember like it was yesterday my father playing his guitar in our living room while singing old popular classics and gramps in his music room aka: “his pride and joy” me also listening by his side to the vinyls of the same old songs while I tried to replicate the tunes in a little piano he had there in my own way as a little child.
