Latest with @ryanastamendiphotography ! One year ago i decided to start my ig fitness journey. I started to make my own fitness videos to share the things that i love and contacted @ryanastamendiphotography to do a shoot to let myself showcase my physique and celebrate myself. This was big for me coming from living such a private life and never showing what i spent my life working on. My first shoot with @ryanastamendiphotography changed my life by giving me something to treat myself to that i could share with people ... coming from someone who had struggled with extremely low self esteem... these were huge steps that were special and important to me in my own way that many wouldn’t understand. I went from living under a rock and having debilitating social anxiety to throwing myself into my fears and into the public and transforming my life. Doing a shoot with Ryan, forced me to exposure that was so scary for me but so good for me and I’m so glad i emailed him and changed my life. I think every woman deserves the experience of a photoshoot. A day to be about you and how beautiful you are as a unique individual and have something to share and be prideful of. Every woman deserves this. Through Ryan’s work, he showed me a beautiful individual that i didn’t see. Someone i was always working on but never stopping to admire. We sat down that day in private and he gave me the best advice for my journey.. “just be yourself”- love you Ryan! We are just like any other of the animals that walk this earth. But why are only female humans shamed for these things ?
