Guuuuuys. I’ve quit sugar and it sucks! ? My post workout protein shakes are the highlight of my day since January 1st. If anyone else wants to join me on this venture shoot comment below and we can battle one another. (There’s strength in numbers) However you MUST be a chocoholic like myself or it’s unfair? Last time I cut the sugar I saw a dramatic change in my body and my eczema disappeared so I thought I’d give it a shot again? Ps - can someone please come and remove the brand new jar of Nutella out of my cupboard! I don’t have the heart to throw it in the bin?

Ok. It’s time to make a change. Compliment the person who’s commented previously! The internet has so much silly and unwanted negativity on it, why don’t we try and change it! I skipped work today... Hope the boss doesn’t find out? I was craving some much needed sun and salt water for my sore skin. An hour of ?? can stop my eczema flare ups in there tracks. On my story I posted a pic of my flare up today. Tomorrow I’ll post another and show you the difference. And thank you to everyone who has been DMing me about their eczema issues. You’re not alone! We are basically our own little community? Wearing @MOANA_BIKINI of course??‍♀️

Wow. Wow. WOW! Today was one of the most incredible and unforgettable days of my life! I swam with sharks and stingrays. Watched a man hand feed a 3 metre long moray eel. Watched the same man kiss a stingray. Seriously. Found myself on deserted, untouched islands. Witnessed an octopus climb on my friends head. I swam in the bluest and clearest water in the world. And I did all this with such an amazing team working on my new campaign for @MOANA_BIKINI 2018. We accomplished THE most incredible shots and footage that until today I couldn't even dream of getting. So touched and moved. Love you BORA BORA?

Nothing like a day at sea with @MOANA_BIKINI? Feeling well deserved after my week at @starke_fitness. I wanted/needed an extra push with my training and motivation so I'm doing X3 intensive private sessions a week. I'm not going to lie. It's tough and yesterday I almost cried ? but it's worth it! Thanks for the extra shove @starke_fitness @starkers_si @bikini.body.burn???‍♀️???

My day to day life consists of multitasking and this exercise is one of those things. Why just do a band row when you can do a squatting banded row ?? Now this is challenging for me! 15 band rows in and I'm feeling the burn! @BIKINI.BODY.BURN baby??
