Katie often publishes motivational shots of his figure in the Instagram and admits that he follows the food. When we did the #lsfhydrationchallenge last month I really realized how much of a non-issue staying hydrated is for me I’m weird, but I actually love water and could chug it all day long, buuuuuut if you aren’t drinking enough it will totally block you from reaching your goals. Women need between 2-3 L per day which is about about 3 LSF bottles a day. Most people are literally dehydrated which means your body can’t function. It’s literally made of 60% water and needs it to live let alone give you the energy you need to actually workout and burn calories. Name your #1 food weakness 👇🏻 I’m not a sweets person, but put a bag of tortilla chips in front of me and game over 🙅🏼‍♀️Luckily I’ve gotten o the point where I can have some, enjoy them and move on without eating the entire bag - Yes I’ve done that more times than I can count in the past. Then i would feel horribly guilty and spiral down a path of eating junk because i felt like I already “ruined it” so why not. It’s was seriously such a terrible way to live. No one should have so much anxiety and guilt about food. I want you to be able to enjoy food and #liveguiltless That’s why it’s so important to figure out how to nourish your body with foods that are delicious and fuel your body to satisfy cravings and help you FINALLY reach those goals. My relationship with food has changed a lot over the years and being able to finally have a healthy relationship with it is so freaking liberating. I’m not gonna pretend there aren’t moments I want to down a bag of Sieta lime chips ‘cause they’re magic, but getting to a place where you can recognize that and step back - not out of guilt, but just because you know a handle or two is good- is really awesome! . New Challenge Happening👇🏻 . I love the saying “Don’t compared your ch 1 to someone’s ch 20” but it’s flawed. It should be “don’t compare your ch 1 , 2 , 3 or 20 etc, to someone’s ch 20” Maybe not as eloquent, but way more accurate! Comparison is the thief of all joy. Looking at someone else’s progress and allowing it to take away from the incredible work you’re doing isn’t fair to you. I used to do this constantly! It’s hard to avoid it and it still sneaks up on me sometimes, but I’ve learned to recognize it and stop it immediately. We all have our own struggles and successes and I want you to be able to see how amazing you are for what YOU are doing! . On Monday we’re kicking off a really special challenge...our first ever Motivation Challenge!!! I’ll be teaching you girls how to get and stay motivated to reach YOUR goals! It’s a 5 day challenge that’s gonna get you so ready to crush this summer (and life really 😘) It took me YEARS to figure this out for myself through my weight loss journey and I’m so excited to be able to share it with you and save you the struggle!
