Hey you - stop scrolling for a second 😏 (tradúcelo en español es importante/ faite la traduction c’est important). . How many of you think the amount of likes you get on social media define you? I used to think likes and comments, were a measurement of my "coolness"... I even thought it was a must to have this ‘blue verified check’ on all my accounts... Guess what - somehow 🤷‍♀️ - one day i woke up to a Facebook message saying my page had been verified. I was sooooo happy and exited. Posting used to be total horror. I'd check if I had new likes every single second cause it would be embarrassing if almost no one liked my pic. I remember people telling me "you must be so popular, may be rich now and have such an amazing life"😎 Yet I felt lonely as fuck and barely had any friends or interested friend 💔. Does it tell you anything about my worth or validated my person to other people’s eyes? I though so. Those likes were just that, a simple like. they did not portray any kind of real interest in me as a person. I know you may look at people with lots of followers & likes thinking that they are worth more than you (I used to think so too). . Nowadays I realise that the amount of likes I get don't say a thing about who I am... Likes or blue check; don't define me, they don't make me a better person, or more of an interesting person! As an influencer, my worth gets calculated based on those 861K / 5Mil etc to companies, and it’s ok it’s like any actor, or singer, when the negotiated their movies/ song contracts! It’s sure sound great but what means the world to me are - YOU - every individual people here, who read my captions, are involved in my life and who truly care. Yes - every single sweet message can be enough & can make my eyes tear up!. . Ps: I'm extremely grateful for all my FitWarriors friends that I have here and there! So stop looking for quantity and start looking for quality!❤ Seriously, one good friend is worth much more than a thousand likes!

HOW I EAT 👇 FAQ "What do you think of xxxx Diet?" "Do you track macros?" "How many calories do you have daily?" - My diet and exercise philosophy is to do what is enjoyable/sustainable long term - unless you’re preprin’ for a show. There is more than ONE way to reach a goal. What matters is results & compliance, also what you can realistically stick to? - I don't follow any specific diet or eating style, I have an idea of what to do and what works for me now. Honestly you should learn too (and on that I can help you 😉). it’s a process. There are some decent diets if you're the type that needs "rules". Rules don't work for me in a long terms. I'm not intentionally intermittently fasting but my first meal has been between 11am-1pm lately. • 🎯 My goal is to steadily continue building muscle while minimizing fat gains. • 📝 I generally don't track macros or count calories long term unless I want to be ready for a shoot or event. For my current goal & lifestyle I find it's not necessary nor sustainable to neurotically track every meal indefinitely. • 🍗 Ideally I consume at least 1600 calories per day. I tried 2000 but for me it was “too much” I was putting a lot of muscles and fat too - you know that not used proteins are transformed by the body in fat right? • 🥑 I naturally consume fat like, olives/coconut oil, nuts or PB. • 🥗 Ideally most meals include 1 serving of various non-starchy veggies in addition to daily green veggies • 🥔 I try my best to consume carbohydrates strategically - trying to consume the majority of my starchy/ high carbs allowance after my post workout meal and stick to low-impact high fiber carbs throughout my other meals. • 🍪 I love cookies, chocolate, & pizza! I can occasionally eat one if I'm craving it and be good to go back to my normal healthy diet. I do find if I have too many treats, I crave them more so I'm mindful of my sugar intake. - One diet style does not fit all! Can I get a "🙌" if you agree?! What works for you? 🇺🇸One day I will say “ it was not easy, but I did it”. By sustaining a goal, and the desire, I found my motivation. Sometime its very high and others times, it’s almost like all is gone. It’s not - I know I feel that way because it’s getting hard and it’s when I will have to push through my boundaries, put more efforts. In those moments, i remember myself my “why”, this “why” that made me started this journey, the how I’m gonna feel when I will achieve it, and for most I make sure to keep the passion for it! Para mi, debo tener en vista una meta y el deseo, para que mi motivación sigue. Aveces esta muy fuerte y otras ya no exista. Bueno, se que no es así en verdad. Se que pasa eso porque estoy en un momento difícil en mi vida, que es algo que debo superar, y todo será bien después. En esos momentos, me acuerdo porque empiezo estas metas, como me haría sentir lograrlas y de permanecer la pasión! Ahora, como mi #teamLDFIT esta a motivarse? Quand je ressens ça, c’est que je suis dans un moment difficile et que je dois redoubler d’efforts. Never presume what you see on the outside You may look at successful people around you, thinking they have always had it figured out, and start comparing yourself and your own actions to theirs. Going on with thoughts that many of them seem to have a kind of confidence, charisma, or talent that makes everything they do, seem easy. Going on with, they certainly seem to have something you don’t. It’s where you have to kick out those thoughts, I’m certain, their rise to the top was anything but certain nor easy. They doubted it every single day, sometimes hundreds of times per day. That’s right, they sat there, just like you are right now, wondering how they would make it, whether it was all worthwhile or whether they had what it takes. Sometimes finding themselves on the verge of giving up at numerous occasions along the way. No one succeed because of certainty, how so ever, they were certain they were going to succeed; they didn’t let uncertainty, stop them. They did it anyway. They ignored doubts and kept pushing forward. They were relentless when the only thing they had to fuel them was relentlessness. Conclusion: embrace uncertainty, it’s where you grow and surpass yourself, to do new things and out of your comfort zone. Remember if you stop growing, you’ll settle, by settling you’ll be comfortable for a time and then life will kick you in the butt into uncertainty and if you do nothing, you’ll “die”. If you’re facing a battle, and honestly everyone of us do, remember you have the power to write your own story and change it! Remind yourself what your goals are, why you dream about them, and how you feel by visualizing them. It should empower you to pass through the hassles of life. This is what I do for myself. Big decisions are at the corner coming for me. Am I afraid? YES of course! They are dicey and will change my entire life. I’m the kind of person who give it all or nothing 😅 but I always remember: - to give before you take, - to keep moving forward, - to never give up, - to be kind, - to plan what can be planned There seem so basic, yet so powerful! They are fundamental keys in archiving anything in life. Those rules, are keeping the fire inside myself alive, and I will succeed!
