Big fan of morning workouts. If it’s not the first thing I do, I have a very hard time getting motivated later in the day. I also like to workout fasted—it just feels better to me🤷🏻‍♀️Anybody else a morning exerciser?

The tattoo on my foot is an abstract wine bottle and glass. Many years ago, my best pal @michelle_namasterunning was visiting me in Chicago and we were wine-hungover with nothing to do at 9pm so we googled “wine art” and brought in the image to a local shop. Needless to say, my taste in tattoos got better after that, and fortunately I chose my foot....hers is on her forearm forever, baby 😂😎Epic shot by @mikematosnyc my dear friend.

This is unrelated entirely, but today I got pulled over for the first time since I was 17 years old.
